Our animals graze our pastures filled with a variety of native grasses making it easy for us to tell you their story! We take pride in providing a hormone and antibiotic free product to our customers. Our beef is heart healthy and delicious!
Research indicates Grass-fed beef may help improve your heart health because it contains:

- High amounts of omega–3 fatty acids.
- Less unhealthy fats or total fats.
- Lower amounts of bad cholesterol (known as LDL cholesterol) a marker of cardiovascular disease.
- More conjugated linoleic acid, a type of fat that’s thought to reduce heart disease and cancer risks.
Why Grass Fed?
How It Works
Why Anderson Farms ?
We believe in our grass
The beginning to delicious grass fed beef is in the roots of their diet. We have researched how to develop a high quality grass for our beef to forage. In fact, we learned quickly we were really grass farmers while maintaining a herd of cattle. Our methods include aeration of the soil, addition of natural calcium found in our local lime, and the application of liquid minerals that are supplied at the perfect time for the plant to absorb.
We believe in bio-security for our farm. What’s that? Farm bio-security is a set of measures designed to protect a property from the entry and spread of pests and diseases. We do not purchase our cattle from stock markets. Instead, our herd grows naturally through cow and calf management. This herd has called our farm home for over one hundred years.
